INDONESIAN CULTURAL EXISTENCE ALMOST DISAPPEARS IN IT’S OWN HOME
Indonesia is a country that has several cultures. This cultural diversity occurs because the country of Indonesia is made up of hundreds of islands where each island has its own culture.
However, current Indonesian culture is in danger of being lost as it has been eroded by time. There are so many factors that put Indonesian culture at risk.
These factors come from within and without. Through this article, the authors will describe the factors that endanger Indonesian indigenous culture.
Here are two paragraphs that deal with these factors:
- The first is the interior factor.
The decrease in the cultural existence of Indonesia in his home is caused by his people ignoring their own culture, especially teenagers.
They are cradled by modern life and have begun to forget the values inherited from their ancestors.
In short, the reduction in the existence of Indonesian culture in his country is due to several factors.
- These are internal and external factors.
To maintain the continuity of Indonesian culture, we keep our culture.
Especially since we young people do not feel embarrassed to preserve our culture and also to stem the Western cultures which enter our country.
If we have lost our culture of origin, it means that we have lost our national identity.
